VFW Byrd-Wallace Post 4351 Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Golf Tournament
Event Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
Location: Fernandina Beach Golf Club, 2800 Bill Melton Rd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034
Sponsorships are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment in full.
Title Sponsorship is limited to one sponsor and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
All sponsorships are final and non-refundable, except in the event of tournament cancellation by the organizers.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or by November 15, 2025, whichever comes first.
Accepted forms of payment include check (made payable to VFW Post 4351) or other arrangements as approved by the Post.
Benefits for each sponsorship level are outlined in the official Sponsorship Packet.
The tournament committee reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions if certain benefits cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
Sponsors are responsible for providing their own banners, promotional materials, and branded giveaways unless otherwise specified.
Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and/or artwork in digital format by November 1, 2025.
Failure to provide artwork by this date may limit inclusion in printed and digital materials.
VFW Post 4351 reserves the right to approve all sponsor-provided materials to ensure compatibility with event branding.
By becoming a sponsor, the sponsor grants VFW Post 4351 permission to use its name and logo in event promotional materials, media releases, and on-site recognition.
Sponsors may also reference their support in their own marketing, provided references are accurate and consistent with the event’s branding.
If applicable, sponsors with on-course activations (tents, booths, etc.) must coordinate with the tournament committee for setup, placement, and removal.
Sponsors are responsible for staffing and supplies related to their on-site activation.
VFW Post 4351 and Fernandina Beach Golf Club assume no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property.
Sponsors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond the control of VFW Post 4351, the tournament may be rescheduled.
Sponsorships will be honored for the rescheduled date. If the tournament is fully canceled, sponsors may request recognition in alternate VFW community events.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
